My guys love this baked oatmeal served warm with berries and cream on top. Sometimes I bake one and my husband takes it to work for his coworkers to share. It's a great dish to serve at a brunch with a quiche and a salad.

Let's get right to the recipe!
In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 stick of melted butter, 1 cup of honey, and 4 eggs. If the butter is too hot, it will cook the eggs - so be sure it's slightly cooled.
Add 2 cups of milk.
Add 6 cups oats, 2.5 tablespoons baking powder, and 1.5 teaspoons of salt. Mix till fully combined.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9" baking dish and bake for 45 minutes till set and very lightly browned on top.
Serve with cream and fresh berries. Some like cinnamon and nuts, too.
